Welcome to Stronger in Sisterhood! This is more than just a fitness programme – it’s a community of strong, supportive women who lift each other up while building confidence, strength, and resilience.

I’ve been where you are—balancing life, work, family, and trying to figure out fitness in a way that actually sticks. I know what it’s like to struggle with motivation, feel overwhelmed, or get caught in cycles of “starting over.” But this journey is different. Here, we leave the yo-yo workouts and quick fixes behind and focus on lasting strength—physically and mentally. If I can do it, so can you!

This membership is built to fit your lifestyle—whether you’re working out from home or hitting the gym, you’ll have structure, support, and variety so that training never feels like a chore. The beauty of the Stronger in Sisterhood app is that you can start anytime, anywhere, with whatever you’ve got or even with nothing at all! Many of the workouts require no equipment and are perfect for bodyweight only training. If you’d like to follow one of the kettlebell-specific programmes, you’ll just need 1 or 2 medium kettlebells, we recommend something between 10–20kg, depending on your current strength level. But don’t stress if you don’t have them yet you can still dive into the app, start moving, and build up from there! Start now, build as you go, and let’s grow stronger, together.

Payment will be taken once a month starting from the day you start your subscription.
