The beauty of the Stronger in Sisterhood app is that you can start anytime, anywhere, with whatever you’ve got or even with nothing at all! Many of the workouts require no equipment and are perfect for bodyweight only training. If you’d like to follow one of the kettlebell-specific programmes, you’ll just need 1 or 2 medium kettlebells, we recommend something between 10–20kg, depending on your current strength level. But don’t stress if you don’t have them yet you can still dive into the app, start moving, and build up from there! Start now, build as you go, and let’s grow stronger, together.
Payment will be taken once a month starting from the day you start your subscription.
